Please feel free to park in front of the shop in the bus stop bay (this is no longer in use). You can also find free parking on Pottery Road (opposite).

24 hours notice of cancellation is required or a 50% charge will be made (100%) on weekend or evening appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable unless 24 hours notice is given of cancellation.

To confirm group booking or long bookings a deposit or credit/debit card number will be requested.

Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift vouchers will be invalidated for no shows on scheduled appointments or when less than 24 hours notice for cancellation or re-scheduling is provided. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months and once expired can not be used.

Please keep your appointment card and check the times of your bookings and remember we always send a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment, so if you don’t receive one please contact us.
